NEPCON 2025 also marked the debut of ADAM, Emage's cutting-edge AI-powered AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle). Multi-Z is a state-of-the-art AOI capable of measuring not only x,y but also the "z", hence, identifying troublesome fine-line defects in wire bonds is possible.
